Sustainability has become most essential in recent years. Under consideration of the climate crisis and worldwide discussions on environmental and CO₂ taxes, sustainability is expected to have a huge impact on Austrian and International tax law as well. As co-editor responsible for the area of taxation, Lars Gläser will be happy to contribute to the scientific and practical discussion on such developments. The first edition of the new legal journal “Nachhaltigkeitsrecht” was now published.
