In a new book article, Lars Gläser gives a comprehensive overview on “Consignment Stock in VAT law”, including the new provisions implementing the “Quick fixes” of Council Directive (EU) 2018/1910. The book on warehousing and safekeeping in tax law was edited by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Walter Summersberger and Ass.-Prof. MMag. Dr. Thomas Bieber and summarizes the lectures of the “4^th Foreign Trade Law Day” (4. Außenwirtschaftsrechtstag) organized by the “Research Institute for Customs and Foreign Trade Law” (Forschungsinstitut für Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht) together with the “Central Association of Haulage and Logistics” (Zentralverband Spedition und Logistik)  and the Federal Tax Court (Bundesfinanzgericht).
